Seeking experienced foreman/supervisor for highway heavy civil construction team with 5 years of experience and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instill safety as a top priority and provide on-site supervision and direction to crew members
• Understand project specifications and plans, and adjust work sequences to meet schedule and equipment capacities
• Manage excavating activities, analyze and resolve issues, and ensure crew time cards are filled out and submitted weekly
• Fill out daily foreman reports and explain and understand survey and grade staking (Lasers, Transits, and GPS)
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a foreman/supervisor in highway heavy civil construction
• Willingness to travel and work outside in all weather conditions
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and practices, and familiarity with heavy equipment
• Valid Driver's License and ability to work with tools and equipment
• Frequently sit, stand, walk, crouch, kneel, climb, and periodically lift up to 50lbs
• Positive attitude, excellent motivational skills, and ability to work with a team
• Time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills, with good attention to detail
