If you have a strong work ethic and a passion for mental health, you’ll thrive in this role.Minimum Requirements:Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's preferred.Background Check: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checksValid Driver’s License: Must meet car insurance eligibility requirements (Minimum of 21 years old, at least 4 years of licensed experience, no driving infractions within last 4 years)Physical Requirements: Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairsKey Skills & Abilities:Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staffAbility to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressureProficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google SuiteKnowledge of clinical and medical terminology (preferred but not required)Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Youth Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator), you’ll be a vital part of the treatment process, ensuring that clients receive the care, guidance, and support they need.
