AMIAS SOLUTIONS HR is seeking a rockstar Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing team in Las Vegas! AMIAS Solutions HR is an innovative HR service provider based out of Las Vegas and Colorado servicing clients in several states across the country. POSITION: Human Resources Business Partner
Your Key Responsibilities:
- You will function as a very visible and interactive HRBP ( 90% being client facing/10% remote)
- You’ll be solving interesting HR problems
- You will be creating start-up HR departments
- Providing full-cycle HR services
- Conducting HR due diligence
- Creating and implementing workplace health & safety programs
- Conducting workplace investigations
- Facilitating training programs
- Drafting and maintaining HR documentation
- Coaching and advising client managers
Who you are:
- You have over 5 years of progressive HR consulting/generalist experience
- Active HRCI AND/OR SHRM professional certification, required
- Undergraduate degree in related discipline
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with little oversight
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative problem-solver and critical thinker
- Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations and trends
- Dedicated to consistently providing high-touch customer care
- Enjoy an energetic, and exciting work environment
Consultants may be scheduled anywhere from 10 to 30 hours per week. Hours may fluctuate based on business/client needs, but consultant availability is required during normal business hours. Primarily an in person, client facing role with roughly 10% remote.
