Individuals in our Residential Programs are adults at least 21 years of age, who are visually impaired or blind with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

The Direct Support Professional-Residential Specialist position is direct care, hands-on and offers assistance with personal care, hygiene, medication administration, and daily living skills for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and visual impairments. DSP's provide support services to individuals in the community and in group homes. We currently have Full Time 3pm - 11pm and 11pm-7am shifts available.
The ideal Direct Support Professional candidates must have compassion, patience and enjoy encouraging others to achieve their goals.
The Direct Support Professional candidate must have Driver License valid in NJ with no more than 5 points, HS Diploma or GED, ability to pass criminal background checks & drug screen successfully.
