Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by assisting them with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their safety and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client needs and progress.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Patience, empathy, and understanding towards individuals with varying needs.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of first aid or CPR is a plus but not mandatory.
