You’ll interact directly with prospective and current residents to ensure maximum occupancy, create great customer experiences, and generate new sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include: 🏡 Leasing & Sales – Show available apartments, qualify prospects, follow up, and close the deal! 📣 Marketing & Outreach – Promote our communities via phone, internet, and social media to drive traffic and generate leads. 📑 Lease Administration – Process lease applications, renewals, and all related paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. 🎉 Resident Engagement – Plan and host resident events to create a strong sense of community. 💻 Sales Technology – Utilize our 'SMART Office' technology to engage customers and optimize sales opportunities. 🤝 Customer Service – Provide excellent service by responding quickly to resident requests and resolving issues promptly. 📊 Market Awareness – Keep an eye on local competition and trends to stay ahead in the market. 💼 Professionalism – Ensure the office, amenity areas, model apartments, and overall community are always maintained to the highest standards. What We’re Looking For: ✅ Experience – At least two years of related sales or customer service experience ✅ Education – High School Diploma or GED required ✅ Availability – Must be available on Saturdays (we’re closed on Sundays) ✅ Positive Attitude – A passion for helping people and providing exceptional customer service ✅ Team Player – Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic team environment Why AMLI?
