We are looking for a New Patient Coordinator/ Dental Assistant to join our amazing Ammons Dental team. Our goal is to serve the community and ensure excellent customer service! Applicants should be well-organized with great attention to detail along with excellent treatment planning skills and presentation. We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care and be able to make office procedures as smooth as possible. Our offices provide a variety of dental care to our patients from general dentistry to oral surgery and more! If you're ready to grow and have unlimited potential this if for you! Responsibilities
- Welcome patients in the dental office
- Acquire the necessary X-rays
- Create an amazing experience for our new patients
- Discuss treatment plans and finances with patients
- Schedule treatment
- Coordinate patient appointments with front office and clinical staff
Skills
- Proven experience in the dental field
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Understanding of health & safety regulations
- Computer skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Attention to detail
- Well-organized and reliable
- Experience and understanding of Dental Implants, Sedation, and more is a big plus!
