AV Support Representative

Job Description Job Summary The Specialist II, AV Accounts Payable maintains accurate payment information by auditing high volume expenses, performing data entry, handling expense reports, check matching, conducting research. This position answers vendor and customer questions, in order to enable efficient payments and financial reporting ultimately impacting EBITDA. Job Responsibilities Supports and participates in leadership activities and development projects. Acts as first point of resolution for escalations, working with internal partners and/or external customers through complex situations and accounts to promote win-win situations. Partners with appropriate team members to resolve outstanding vendor issues to reach solution for pay/bill invoices. Mentors and coaches new hires on performance expectations, progress to goals, training and department initiatives. Communicates with Managers and Supervisors to trouble shoot and problem solve where opportunities exist to increase customer satisfaction, improve operations/processes, and achieve department goals. Audits and approves daily and monthly lease-driven expenses. Negotiates any property damages incurred from a physician/clinician and process final move out expenses. Makes Collection calls to external vendors (security deposit collections). Reviews and codes all AR refund checks. Responds to payment inquiries by internal customers in a timely manner in order to educate on process and resolve issues.
