A Michigan healthcare organization is seeking their next Interim Behavioral Health Manager!

The Position

• The Interim Manager, Behavioral Health, will be responsible for the oversight of behavioral health initiatives throughout the 24-bed department.
• The Interim Manager will focus on ongoing initiatives including scheduling, payroll, unit operations, and the review of processes and procedures currently implemented.
• This leader will strive to foster and maintain a positive work environment including collaboration, communication, and staff accountability.
• Seeking an experienced behavioral health leader who will be approachable but firm delivery method and who will bring extensive clinical leadership experience.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
  
  
  

Requirements

• BSN is required.
• Active RN is required.
• Union experience is strongly preferred.
  
  
  

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $160,000 to $165,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
