Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, Case Manager Licenses: RN-NY SSN Required DOB Required
PRI certification - Patient Review Instrument certification
BSN required for case management
previous New York state exp in case management
experience in M/S and ED case management
Preferred Qualifications
Allscripts Careport experience
