Registered Nurse – Cardiovascular Operating Room

Must be able to both circulate and scrub- please have both skills checklists in packet; Must have 2 years’ experience in unit; Prior travel HIGHLY preferred; Must have large trauma level 1 experience in the last year. MUST HAVE STRONG NEURO SKILLSET -Strong experience required: gen OR; Skills required in ortho, URO, oncology, Da Vinci Robotics, gen surgery, ENT, dental, plastics, neuro, CVT, trauma. License, or proof it is in process with application date clearly visible, must be included with the submission packet. EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable. Monday to Sunday; Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday. IVS to OFFER; This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained. Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet. No block schedules for any reason. Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April.
