This facility is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p. Wednesday 10a-7p.
- Job Setting: Outpatient
- Types of Cases: Primary and Chronic Care
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 Days
- Must be Board Certified
- Must have an active Connecticut state license
- Coverage as soon as possible and ongoing
