We utilize a team-based model including embedded Behavioral Health Clinicians as well as Case Managers, Care Coordinators and Community Health Workers.
The Physician - Family Practice OB sees clients four days per week in an outpatient setting. No weekends or holidays, no call! 34 clinical hours plus 6 admin hours.
