Pay Range: $23-$26 per hour

Pay Range: $23-$26 per hour
What You'll Do
- Plan and track outbound shipments to meet customer requirements, while proactively mitigating potential disruptions.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including procurement, sales, operations, and project management—to ensure seamless logistics execution.
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse activity and shipping documentation.
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth coordination across all logistics touchpoints.
- Analyze logistics performance data and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Experience with standard logistics and shipping software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
