Job Title: Document Fulfillment Specialist
Location(s): Urbandale, IA
Regular and predictable attendance is a required function of this position. % of Time Spent 1 Perform various tasks and operate equipment within the department. Work produced with high quality and timely delivery. Receive and process work requests from various entry points. Correctly transfer work to the next production step.
Utilize appropriate equipment, tools, systems and resources efficiently and effectively to complete work. 10 % 5 Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required. Direct Reports: Reporting Relationships:
Requirements:
- Describes the minimum education and experience, certifications, licenses, physical demands, working conditions and skill sets needed to perform the job.
- Provide prompt, courteous and excellent service at an acceptable cost to all customers, operate in an ethical manner in accordance with State and Federal law, the company's Corporate Code of Ethics, Affirmative Action, Diversity, employee handbook, applicable compliance and operations policies and procedures and other policies of the company.
- Possess a high degree of integrity and actively cooperate and interact with all entities .
- High school degree or equivalent plus 2-4 years related experience required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality required.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures and verbal instructions required.
- May be required to work in multiple buildings of the Corporate Campus.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Must handle or work with materials handling equipment and may be required to attain safety certifications.
- May be required to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and pull or push up to 400 lbs.
- Position may involve bending, walking and/or standing for long periods of time.
- Overtime beyond 40-hours per week may be required.
- Weekend or evening work may be required.
- Position requires successful completion of a credit history check.
