Job Summary
The Project Support Specialist supports multiple projects by providing technical support and general administrative/documentation functions which include creating and maintaining project related logs, composing correspondence, preparing, and monitoring reports. Involved with developing, implementing, and evaluating programs and projects while coordinating with project team members to develop project goals and objectives and monitor progress. Additional duties include writing and disseminating work plans and project documents, including procedures, proposals and progress reports and presentations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides support to managers and project team members to identify and resolve concerns.
- Assist Director with managing and coordinating office calendars, scheduling meetings and maintain monthly expense reports.
- Assists with the implementation of engineering only projects.
- Handle travel arrangements and maintain travel profiles for the Transmission departments.
- Update project data, adequately deliver information to various departments and perform any other project related task requested. i.e., copying, binding, and shipping project packages.
- Plan and coordinate department meetings and schedule monthly training lunches.
- Carry out administrative duties by collecting data, sorting, filing, preparing for new hires and any interdepartmental office moves, etc.
- Maintain common office areas, ordering office supplies/equipment, building needs, and organizing employee workspaces.
- Maintain licenses.

Salary : $44,800 - $56,800
