Position Summary:

Ample Electric is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented, full-time Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This individual will play a key role in maintaining administrative workflows, supporting project and financial documentation, and helping to ensure a professional and organized work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Check, document, and route office voicemails to appropriate personnel
  • Perform data entry for accounts payable
  • Assist with accounts receivable entry specific to the Service Department
  • Order and manage office supplies as directed
  • Enter Purchase Orders as requested by project managers or supervisors
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems for administrative and project documents
  • Provide general administrative support including document preparation, scanning, and mail distribution
  • Manage and update the company’s office calendar, including scheduling reminders for meetings, deadlines, and events
  • Send daily calendar reminders to staff for upcoming tasks and appointments


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in a construction or service-based environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Experience with accounts receivable invoicing preferred


Compensation: Pay range varies widely depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s background and ability to contribute to the team.
