Telecom - Video (Traditional cable, Stream/Internet TV), Data (also called Internet, HSD, HSI), Phone – Hosted, Ported
Business Analysis job description (Must-have):
i) Practiced in Agile and Scrum processes
ii) Liaison between technical groups and the business
iii) Ability to interact and handle different groups with competing needs
iv) User Story or Requirements writing, definition, and elicitation
v) Ensure User Story meet invest or other current best practices
vi) A willingness to provide and accept constructive feedback on projects
vii) Motivated to independently research topics using available tools
viii) Ability to perform impact analysis on systems, users, projects, and dependencies
ix) Organizational skills: ability to coordinate all communications strands of a project
x) Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other MS Office products
Business Analysis Tools (Nice to have):
Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
Jira project management experience
MS Visio or Lucidcharts experience (BPMN)
Used to construct process flows to clearly show impact of project (as-is and to-be flows)
Salesforce experience (Nice to have):
Basic Administrator experience with Salesforce, write requirements or user stories for SF integrations and suite of applications.
