WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- \n
- Perform strong electrical troubleshooting on controls, drives, relays, contactors,
and PLC systems. \n - Utilize PLC knowledge for diagnostics and, preferably, programming. \n
- Apply mechanical expertise to maintain and repair gearboxes, bearings, cylinders, shafts, pumps, mixers, and wrapping machines. \n
- Read and accurately interpret technical diagrams, electrical schematics, and service manuals. \n
- Work with automation systems, including HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), Robotics, and palletizers/packaging systems. \n
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to strict safety standards in an industrial setting. \n
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify and implement equipment improvements for enhanced efficiency and reliability. \n
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. \n
- Be available to work other shifts and overtime as needed to support manufacturing operations. \n
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- \n
- High School Diploma or GED. \n
- 6 years of related electro-mechanical experience. \n
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role. \n
- Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. \n
- Ability to read technical drawings and proficiently operate standard tools and equipment. \n
- Strong understanding and adherence to safety standards in an industrial setting. \n
- Excellent computer skills. \n
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities. \n
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- \n
- Associate's & degree or higher in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. \n
- Experience with welding and machining. \n
