AMSOIL INC. is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth within the commercial program sales channel. This sales growth will be accomplished through new product offerings and building relationships with the common goal of expanding sales. This position offers flexibility to work in a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of one day a week at the corporate office located in Superior, Wisconsin.
Core Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with Dealers by coaching them on channel value proposition and benefits, service opportunities, resolving problems and identifying product growth opportunities with accounts.
Work directly with accounts regarding orders, production needs, delivery, and special product requests/needs.
Expand customer base by making initial contact with leads or self-registered customers, introducing them to the AMSOIL program and benefits with the goal of transitioning them to a buying customer.
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
One or more years of experience in a sales or customer service-related role
Experience coaching or mentoring others
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively, courteously, and professionally in-person and over the phone
Must be organized and able to handle and prioritize many tasks
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work with a team and independently
Proficiency using Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
Preferred Requirements:
Familiarity and practical experience in the use of JDE, CRM or similar systems
