Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for working with stakeholders to define, analyze and document software and process flow requirements to enhance and identify opportunities for new and/or improved functionality.
Requirements/Expectations:
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing, analyzing enhancing, modifying and testing applications to meet business requirements in sales, operations, finance and other functional areas.
- Continuously improving business processes and performance.
- Analyze systems and processes to define alternative solutions and functional specifications to solve system related issues.
- Work with users to support business applications and investigate operations problems or system requirements.
- Provide the primary analysis to recommend modifications to external software packages or processes to meet business requirements.
- Provide support and maintenance to existing systems.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in related computer field or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in related field
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws such as Payment Card Industry Standards
- Strong understanding and ability to demonstrate project management skills
- Demonstrate good analytical and statistical skills with the ability to apply them to internal system issues and third-party applications as required
- Ability to communicate ideas in both a technical and user-friendly language
- High level of business insight along with process and business application knowledge
- Logical and efficient
- Keen attention to detail
- Highly self-motivated and directed
Preferred:
- Experience working with ERP systems; EnterpriseOne (JD Edwards)
- Experience working with CRM systems, Microsoft Dynamics
