Job Description:
We're looking for two experienced Full Stack Developers to join a high-impact project through the end of the year. This role is focused on backend-heavy development (80%) and requires deep expertise in Java (backend) and React (frontend) - these are non-negotiable requirements. The ideal candidate will be comfortable building self-service automation tools, leveraging AI tools like GitHub Copilot, and working within a cloud-based infrastructure using Terraform.
You'll be contributing to a new platform initiative, working extensively with APIs, and helping drive intelligent automation and validation workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java
- Build responsive frontend components using React
- Use Terraform to manage backend infrastructure and deployment workflows
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to enhance development speed and code quality
- Contribute to building a self-service automation platform
- Run validation checks on converted specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust API integrations
- Apply AI intelligence concepts to improve automation and platform capabilities
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience with Java backend development (Spring Boot preferred)
- Proficiency with React for frontend interfaces
- Hands-on experience with Terraform
- Exposure to or active use of AI-powered developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
- Experience working on API-driven platforms
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
Nice-to-Have:
