Senior Distribution Center Manager

Clifton, NJ |$ 121,900.00 - $170,700.00 Benefits and Bonus | Hybrid | Locals Only

Sr. Distribution Center Manager to lead operations at its Clifton, NJ facility. This role oversees all aspects of DC management—staffing, safety, compliance, financials, and continuous improvement. Reports to the Director of Distribution.

Key Requirements:

  • 10 years of DC/Warehouse leadership (3 in consumer products)
  • Strong experience with CI tools (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen)
  • WMS, transportation systems, SAP eWM a plus
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
