What We’re Looking For

As a Manager, Digital Operations, you will lead the strategy, governance, and execution framework that connects Amway’s global marketing vision to digital portfolio management. This role serves as a pivotal leadership in connecting Amway Digital Ecosystem across the Business strategy and ensuring executing with excellence is at the heart of role.

You will partner closely with Other Marketing Disciplines like Digital Marketing, Brand Management , adjacent functions like Technology, Finance, Legal, and Market teams to ensure that platforms , products and capabilities across the Digital portfolio such as NextGen Ecosystem, AmwayGlobal.com, Native Apps ( Brand & Product & Customer related) scale efficiently and deliver measurable value.

You will also lead governance across the MarTech and AI ecosystem for Marketing , creating the systems and standards that make digital faster, more consistent, and data-driven.

This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and systems thinking, along with the ability to influence senior leaders and simplify complex problems. You will be joining a global team of marketing and technology professionals working to make Amway’s digital experiences connected, scalable, and impactful.

In this position, you can expect occasional travel and flexible scheduling to collaborate with global teams across time zones.

Required Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience in digital marketing or operations, marketing technology, or digital transformation within a large, matrixed organization - Demonstrated expertise in governance frameworks, reporting systems, and operational process design that connect Marketing and Technology - Strong background in marketing technology ecosystems (CMS, CRM, DAM, PIM, analytics, and AI platforms) - Proven ability to lead global teams and cross-functional initiatives, aligning strategy, process, and execution - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complexity into clarity
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Skills To Be Successful In The Role

A passion for building systems, frameworks, and dashboards that make digital operations measurable and efficient - Strong collaboration and partnership mindset to align priorities across Marketing, Technology, and Markets - Ability to define and manage platform lifecycle governance, ensuring consistency and scalability - Deep understanding of AI enablement and automation, including experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows - Proven success leading enterprise MarTech transformations (for example, platform migrations, AI integrations, or stack modernization) - A data-informed mindset with the ability to translate operational metrics into business insights - Comfort leading in ambiguity and driving structure in evolving environments - Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive storytelling abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce, Tealium, Hootsuite or Talkwalker, Power BI, and Google Analytics - Proven experience developing governance models and reporting frameworks aligned with AUSI or similar enterprise KPIs - Deep understanding of Responsible AI principles and their application in marketing operations - Strategic leadership experience in platform rollout, market readiness, and global enablement - Demonstrated ability to deliver cross functionally at the VP and Director level across functional boundaries
