Join our Amwins Access State Fund team in Santa Rosa as a Client Service Specialist!This is a full time, in office position in our Santa Rosa, CA office. Position Summary: The Access State Fund Division of Amwins Access Insurance Services is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to support our Client Service Team. This role is essential to ensuring timely policy processing, accurate workflow within our Agency Management System (Nexsure) and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the business unit.Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Gatekeeping duties: Review, organize, and label incoming correspondence in the ASF Service Outlook inbox.Intake duties: Create and assign actions within the AMS (Nexsure) queue to route work to the appropriate Client Service Specialist.Support internal and external communication using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and phone.Participate in the ASF Service phone queue, directing calls to the correct Client Service Specialist and assisting with inquiries as needed.Process loss runs request for CA State Fund policies.Assist the Client Service Team with daily operational and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications & Skills:Experience working with the public or a customer-service environment preferred.Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and follow-through.Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and Insurance-related procedures.Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and web-based tools.
