Amyx is seeking to hire a Program Administration Specialist o support our Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) DLA Enterprise Resource Planning Transformation (ERPX) Cloud PMO Support in the Washington, DC area.
PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST (Off-Site/Partial Remote) Coordinates schedules to facilitate the completion of task order and change proposals, contract deliverables, task order reviews, briefings and presentations. Performs analysis, development, and review of program administrative operating plans and procedures, as well as quality assurance. Provides direct program experience in preparing management reports. Has worked in support of a Program Manager on a government contract. Experienced in working with project management tools and reporting systems. Manages the preparation of management plans and various customer reports. Develops and presents results to program and executive management and provides direction to other administrative personnel. Preferred Experience: Five (5) years relevant experience. IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
- Provide Meeting support and interact with Key Stakeholders.
- Report information and recommendations to Leadership.
- Assist in the development of briefing and reports.
- Attend and create a record of meetings; review work products and assist staff with timely completion of taskers using approved formats provided by the government; track suspense actions
- Prepare briefings, talking papers and bullet background papers for presentation to senior executive level officials in the military and civilian service. Ensure correctness and adherence to DoD's and DLA's standards, policies, and procedures.
- Provide records management support; technical writing/proof reading; prepare/edit and submit documents in DLA the required DLA format and provide procurement documentation to DLA management.
- Review work products for correctness and adherence to DLA standards, policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support including typing, filing distribution of reports, data entry, and preparation of presentations, meeting scheduling and other administrative duties.
Required:
- Must be able to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing.
- Support Business Process Reengineering (BPR) sessions.
- Written communication skills to summarize technical discussions.
- Experience with documenting notes and action items.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Ability to work independently.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft and SharePoint.
Desired:
- 5 years of experience of PMO Support
- IT-2 or NACLC, or Level 3 Investigation
- DLA and/or DOD experience
- IT System Experience
- Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW)
- DoD or DLA Experience
