The Opportunity
We re seeking an AI Solutions Consultant with a rare blend of technical engineering expertise (software/architecture/consulting) and functional experience (Product Management, Business Analysis). You should have hands-on experience in AI/ML/GenAI, applying these technologies to real-world problems in domains like Healthcare, Manufacturing, or other verticals.
This role is ideal for someone who has transitioned from a technical role (e.g., Software Engineer, Architect, Lead Consultant) into a functional role (Product Manager, Business Analyst) and can bridge the gap between AI technology and business solutions. You ll work closely with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to design, prototype, and deploy AI-driven products.
What We re Looking For
- Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of combined experience in:
- Technical roles (e.g., Software Engineer, Architect, Technical Consultant)
- Functional roles (e.g., Product Manager, Business Analyst, Solutions Consultant)
- Proven domain expertise in industries like Healthcare, Manufacturing, Finance, or similar.
- Hands-on AI/ML/GenAI experience building, deploying, or integrating AI solutions (e.g., LLMs, NLP, predictive models, automation tools).
- Strong proficiency in AI-augmented workflows (e.g., AI coding tools like Copilot/Cursor, AI-driven product/project management tools).
- Ability to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions balancing feasibility, scalability, and ROI.
- Strong communication & stakeholder management comfortable presenting to executives, engineers, and clients.
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., AWS/Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, TensorFlow, OpenAI).
- Experience with GenAI tools (e.g., LangChain, HuggingFace, OpenAI APIs, vector databases).
- Background in Agile/Scrum, product lifecycle management, or consulting.
What You ll Do
- Consult with clients to identify AI opportunities in their domain (e.g., Healthcare diagnostics, Manufacturing predictive maintenance).
- Design & prototype AI solutions leveraging GenAI, LLMs, ML models, and automation tools.
- Collaborate with engineers to transition prototypes into scalable products.
- Guide product strategy define roadmaps, prioritize AI use cases, and measure impact.
- Train teams on AI adoption (e.g., prompt engineering, AI-assisted coding, data-driven decision-making).
- Stay ahead of AI trends evaluate emerging tools (e.g., agentic AI, multimodal models) for business applicability.
