An Event Lady Production is expanding our 2026 team, and we’re inviting a poised, reliable, detail-driven professional to join us as a Day-of Coordinator.
This is contract work with a strong emphasis on weekends — Friday, Saturday, and Sunday — with occasional weekday needs as events require.

What You’ll Do
- Support the lead planner with day-of coordination for weddings and events
- Manage timelines, vendor communication, and on-site logistics
- Assist with setups, cues, transitions, and guest flow
- Keep our couples calm, supported, and fully present throughout the day
- Bring organization, warmth, and professionalism to every celebration
Requirements
- Must be available most weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun)
- A reliable car and a valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions
- Exceptional organization and communication skills
- Comfortable managing wedding-day pressure with grace
- Experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
