We are looking for microwave electronics assemblers with:
- 3 years working as a Micro assembly/Mechanical assembly preferred or related experience.
- First Shift Position - 7 AM - 3:30 PM
- Must be a US citizen
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions/documentation
- Operation of a computer
- Commitment to learn and develop new skills
- Security clearance is required (application will be done through ADI)
- Ability to work 8 hours under the microscope utilizing miniaturized hand tools such as tweezers and fine screwdrivers.
- Assembly of microwave subassemblies using hybrid techniques.
- In process inspection and self-inspection.
- MMIC Die attach of chip components using silver epoxy.
- Hybrid circuit assemblies using silver epoxy and solder.
- Hand solder components, wires, and jumpers into the assemblies.
- Ensure work areas are kept neat, clean, and organized per company guideline.
- Assemble and/or solder electronic components to printed circuit boards.
- Good dexterity, eye / hand coordination.
- Ability to read and work from detailed process sheets, prints and drawings.
- Good computer skills are required to support retrieval of drawings. and work instructions as well as other job activities.
