Your future duties and responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Microsoft 365 Administrator & Governance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for the secure, efficient, and compliant operation of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID. The ideal candidate will lead platform configuration, enforce governance policies, and support user enablement through education and best practices. This position also involves automation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to align Microsoft 365 capabilities with organizational goals.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• 6 years of relevant experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services, including
• Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Deep understanding of governance, compliance, and security frameworks within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, conditional access policies, MFA, and identity/access management.
• Ability to interpret and act on usage data, compliance reports, and service health metrics.
• Experience integrating Microsoft 365 with other enterprise systems.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working across teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions.
• Experience with tools like AvePoint Cloud Management is a plus.
• Adaptability to hybrid or remote work environments and familiarity with change management processes.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) or SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator) are advantageous.

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
