Job Responsibilities:
- Train, hire and supervise front desk staff
- Manage front desk schedule
- Professionally welcome members and guests, answer phones
- Maintain a professional appearance and neat front desk
- Manage and reply to all freeze and billing inquiries; handle all past due memberships
- Walk facility hourly to monitor any equipment issues that need to be addressed or problems/complaints that need to be addressed
- Provide a weekly inventory count of all concessions and apparel to General Manager
