What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Anchor ABA, LLC?
Anchor ABA is hiring! At this time Anchor ABA is interested in teaming up with one BCBA to join their team . This position will be expected to supervise RBTs both in the in-home and in- clinic for ABA . Anchor ABA works with pediatrics in the community from Northern Kentucky, to Dayton OH with our clinic being located in Mason Ohio . We will pay for any BCBA to become a KY LBA if they are not one already. This position will hold a designated amount of billable and non billable hours per week for a salaried based position. The position will report to the report to the Lead BCBA, Assistant Clinical Director, and the Clinical Director. Other job responsibilities:
1) Initial assessments
2) Behavior reduction plans
3) Training/supervising RBTs
4) Parent training monthly
