Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies.
- Work closely with the Director of Nursing and the Assistant Director of Nursing to provide top-notch care for our residents.
- Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as needed.
- Follow designated care plans tailored to residents' needs.
- Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the rights of residents, family members, employees, and facility information in compliance with HIPAA policies.
Qualifications:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of New Jersey.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing is preferred.
