Anchor Care and Rehabilitation Center is actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the DON and ADON in evaluating and directing daily nursing department functions, in compliance with all regulations and guidelines
- Ensure that nursing personnel are adhering to their job responsibilities
- Participate in facility surveys (inspections) as requested
- Conduct daily rounds to monitor and ensure nursing staff performance aligns with established standards
- Address and report complaints or grievances filed by nursing staff, escalating issues to the DON as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey
