Medical Assistant:
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both clinical and administrative tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care. This role involves direct patient interaction, clinical duties, and supporting our medical staff in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Clinical Duties: Perform vital clinical tasks including drawing blood, preparing platelet-rich plasma (PRP), assisting with procedures, and administering radial shockwave therapy under the supervision of a medical provider.
· Patient Care: Room patients, obtain vital signs, and ensure that each patient feels comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
· Room Maintenance: Clean and restock patient rooms to maintain a sterile and organized environment.
· Equipment Handling: Proficient in using medical equipment necessary for drawing blood, taking manual blood pressure, and performing other clinical tasks.
· Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform additional duties or services as required to support clinic operations and patient care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
