COMPENSATION: $110k - $120k/Annual DOE
STATUS: Full-Time
SCHEDULE: Flexible, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist at Ancora, you will:
•Develop personalized treatment plans to improve patients' safety, independence, and quality of life.
•Teach adaptive techniques and break down complex tasks into manageable steps.
•Assess and recommend home modifications to enhance accessibility.
•Provide education and support to patients' family members and caregivers.
•Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment.
•Monitor and report progress toward treatment goals.
•Perform additional duties as needed to meet patient needs.
Qualifications
•Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
•Licensed, registered, or certified Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
•Minimum of 2 years of related experience (preferred).
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
•Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
•Proof of current auto insurance and registration.
•Valid fingerprint clearance card (we can assist with obtaining one).
•Current CPR certification and negative TB test (we can help with these, too).
