Description
- Aid with movement and placement of patients.
- Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.
- Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
Document necessary records.
- Keep patient rooms clean, orderly, and maintain medical equipment.
- Perform emergency department specific care / duties as assigned within scope of job.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements : Successful completion of a Patient Care Training program Highly preferred not required.
Minimum six months experience preferred / not required.
Licensure / Certification Requirements : Nursing Assistant Certification preferred. BLS Certification required after 30 days of employment.
