Job Purpose:
To manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional service, and coordinating with other departments to meet client needs and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients regarding their accounts.

- Tailor messages to the audience and situation.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or client success roles.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce experience.
