Description

Job Purpose:
To manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional service, and coordinating with other departments to meet client needs and resolve issues.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
    • Ensure timely and effective communication with clients regarding their accounts.
  2. Client Communication:
    • Communicate effectively in a variety of settings.
    • Tailor messages to the audience and situation.
    • Facilitate productive discussions and meetings with clients.
  3. Project Management:
    • Plan and organize own work efficiently.
    • Balance multiple tasks and projects effectively.
    • Use advanced organizational tools to manage time and meet deadlines.
  4. Customer Service:
    • Address customer needs independently.
    • Handle more complex customer inquiries and complaints.
    • Consistently seek ways to improve customer satisfaction.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Contribute to team goals and objectives.
    • Build positive relationships with team members.
    • Resolve minor conflicts within the team.
  6. Problem Solving:
    • Identify opportunities for improving client services and operational processes.
    • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
    • Proactively address issues and take corrective actions.
  7. Training and Development:
    • Participate in training sessions and development opportunities to continuously build knowledge and skills.
    • Seek feedback to improve performance and stay abreast of current developments.
  8. Administrative Tasks:
    • Ensure all client documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned by Company management to support the overall objectives of the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or client success roles.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and providing exceptional service.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce experience.
