Anderson County Schools Preschool is looking for an EHS Classroom Support.
This position supports teachers in classroom operations and in the care of each infant/toddler in a safe and healthy environment.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent for hire; must complete a Child Development Associate credential or equivalent within 2 years of hire.

Classroom experience preferred.
Spanish speaking desired, but not required.
Full time position for 210 days per year at 8 hours per day. (8AM-4PM)
We are located throughout the ACS distrcit, but support staff are assigned a home location. Flexibility to go to other locations, as necessary, is required.
Pay is based on the ACS Educational Assistants pay scale with applicable supplements.
For example, a candidate without any formal experience or advanced credential would start at $11.73/hr. Once the CDA is obtained, pay would increase by $2.38/hr.
Starting pay may be increased for any experience that can be verified and if the candidate holds an advanced credential such as an associate or bachelors degree.
