Key Responsibilities :
- Perform maintenance, repair, and rebuilding tasks on all types of construction equipment.
- Specialize in the maintenance, repair, or rebuilding of complex construction equipment as needed.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively without immediate supervision while ensuring the successful completion of duties.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
Required Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Solid work experience with related equipment, including heavy equipment repair and maintenance, and proficiency in operating forklifts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others as well as independently.
- Ownership of adequate hand tools.
- Certification as an automotive technician is advantageous.
- Welding and air conditioning experience are considered a plus.
