Functions/Duties
1. Delivers exceptional customer service to all customers by acting with a “customer comes first†attitude and creating the “NGE Way†environment in every station.
2. Provides quality food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
3. Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of NGE Maintains a calm exterior presence during periods of high volume or unusual events to maintain a clean comfortable store environment.
4. Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customer for cues. Communicates information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create the “NGE Way†environment during each shift.
5. Follows NGE’s operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift.
6. Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that team members can locate resources and product as needed.
7. Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments by using existing organizational methods.
8. Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing red flags or changes in team morale and communicating them to the management team.
9. Assists with new team training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
10. Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality by checking schedules regularly for changes.
