Description

Position Purpose :

Manage, maintain, and update, all approved digital content on ministry websites including awmi.net, store.awmi.net, charisbiblecollege.org, gospeltruth.tv, A.R.M.I., and courses.awmi.net. Asset management for the media management system and ingestion pipelines. Verifies all progress documentation within the approved task management system is maintained. Maintains operational functions for all registration and reporting as needed.

Essential Duties :

Maintain all ministry website content, image, and media updates.
Regularly test web pages and content for quality, functionality, and performance.
Ensure the successful broadcasts and quality of all video file uploads.
Perform file uploads including, but not limited to PDFs, closed captioning, and audio / video.
Assists with the creation and updating of event registration pages utilizing 3rd party products as needed.
Edit HTML as needed that is set up by the Developers for the registration pages and newly redeveloped pages on the ministry sites.
Manage the online store, such as updating item codes, pricing, products, and artwork / text are working properly.
Other duties assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Ability to create reports as needed using Microsoft Suite tools.

Good verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to edit web images using programs like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.

Ability to work with "smart slide" plugins for specific site ads.

Demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of development environments, (i.e., test, production, staging, and local).

Ability to work with WordPress, Nextcloud, AWS, Google Analytics, and Zype programs as needed.

Excels in interpersonal communication both written and verbal while showing attention to detail.

Ability to handle a wide variety of duties with minimal supervision.

Requirements :

Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Must sign Statement of Faith.

A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.

Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.

Must pass all required checks.

Experience :

Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in website administration.

Experience with internet live video a plus

Experience with embedding IFrames into specific platforms.

Experience and working knowledge of WordPress, Studio Online, and Studio Enterprise.

Experience preparing, processing, and publishing website audio / video files preferred.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
