What are the responsibilities and job description for the CULINARY SHIFT LEAD position at Angelina's Pizzeria Napoletana?
Essential Functions:
· Prepare, cook and present food, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
· Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times
· Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the manager
· Assist in the opening and closing of the kitchen
· Assist in ensuring accurate food-ordering and stocking levels
· Assist in keeping wastage to a minimum, through correct product measurement
· Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training, attending courses as assigned by HR
· Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
· Be involved and contribute at team meetings
· Carry out instructions given by the management team and head office

Administrative Requirments:
· Must be able to work weekends.
· Must be open to learn new methods
· Food Safe Cert license required
