Position Overview
Retrieve and serve food to Guest tables, courteously and efficiently and assist in
maintenance of expo area.
Position Functions
- Complete opening duties as assigned.
- Deliver all food courses to Guest in accordance with restaurant standards.
- Pre-bus tables on the way back to the kitchen removing anything not in use by the Guest. (Plates, glassware, condiments, trash, etc.…) 100% Debris Free
- Anticipate Guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all Guests, however busy.
- Interact in courteous and professional manner with Guests, supervisors, and fellow employees.
- Interact with people beyond giving and receiving instructions, particularly in resolving Guest requests/concerns.
- Follow supervisor's instructions.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of expo station.
- Remove soiled wares from tables as needed and transport to dishwashing area.
- Report tips at the end of assigned shift.
- Complete closing duties as assigned.
- Follow maintenance program and cleaning schedule.
- Notify management of any pertinent information related to shift activities
