Program Director
The Program Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned residential homes to include programs, staffing, employee relations, financial and budget management. The primary responsibilities include selecting, onboarding, and overseeing the training of new hires and providing on-site supervision and support to staff, partnering with the Waiver Support Coordinators in the creation of Implementation Plans, and creating and/or overseeing all necessary documentation that is required by regulatory agencies
This is a full time, exempt position. The Program Director reports to the Senior Program Director. The successful candidate must have proven leadership, writing and organizational skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred)
- At least 3 years supervisory experience in the area of developmental disabilities
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Complete and pass the Medication Administration Validation process, Professional Crisis Management, Behavior course training and CPR/First Aid
- Must have valid Florida Driver’s License, insurance and approved driving record.
