What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist position at Animal Clinic of Muskegon?
The Animal Clinic of Muskegon, a two-doctor, small animal hospital is searching for a Receptionist to join our team! This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling Monday-Friday. Prior veterinary experience is strongly preferred, however we are open to training the right person!

Responsibilities:
- Providing first class client communication and education
- Booking appointments
- Daily assignments/scheduling
- Checking clients in and out
- Answering client questions and concerns
- Monitoring email and phone correspondence
- Scanning, copying, typing/other general office duties
- Ensuring that the reception area of the hospital is always clean and presentable
- Liaising between clients and technical team
