Animal Medical Center I35 is looking for a caring and dependable Part-Time Kennel Technician to join our team! At Animal Medical Center I35 we place high emphasis on quality, honesty and integrity. We take a personal interest in each of our team members and want someone that is as passionate about patient care and customer service as we are. Our team requires someone with proven loyalty and integrity. Ideal candidates have one or more years of animal husbandry, love working with people and pets, and have a willingness to learn. Previous animal handling experience is preferred. This job requires someone who is able to multi-task and complete tasks in a timely manner. We desire someone who is motivated, detail oriented, can receive feedback and has situational awareness skills to join our team. Must be able to maintain calm under pressure, and offer exceptional care to each pet. A drive to continually improve their knowledge and skillset is a must, as we constantly want to enhance the veterinary experience for our clients and our patients. Hospital Hours of Operation: M-F 7:30AM-6:00PM, Sa 8:00AM-12:00pm. Weekend Kennel Hours: Sa 8:00AM - 12:00PM, 3:00 PM-5:00PM, SUN 8:00AM - 10:00AM, 3:00 PM-5:30PM. Weekends required and rotating holidays. We are needing up to 20-25 hours of availability.
