Contact Center Representative - Part-Time

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

As a Contact Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for all our callers. Your responsibilities will include answering incoming calls and electronic communications, scheduling appointments, and providing assistance with inquiries. To excel in this role, you must maintain accurate records in our databases, handle cashier duties, and prioritize client and patient confidentiality.

This position requires a part-time commitment of 25 hours per week, spread across five-hour workdays. Although not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with availability on Saturdays. shift times would range from 10-3, 11-4, and 12-5. Starting pay is $16/hr.

Key Duties

• Answer incoming phone calls and electronic communications promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records in AMCMA databases to ensure efficient operations.
• Schedule appointments to accommodate our clients' needs.
• Handle cashier duties to streamline the check-out process.
