We are seeking a Spanish speaking intake specialist to join our intake department. This is a rare opportunity for the right person to join us in our intake department as we achieve a new level of sophistication. Our intake specialists are legal assistants who combine business acumen with outstanding communication skills to respond to a high volume of calls each day. This role requires your presence in our downtown office.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Significant prior experience as a legal assistant or paralegal handling plaintiff?s personal injury or workers? compensation.
- Keen eye for evaluating cases from a business perspective.
- Ability to convert a hesitant caller into a client and to make all callers feel supported.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Fluency in Spanish
