General Laborer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a dynamic mold remediation company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Fabricate parts as needed for production processes.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and clean workspace within the warehouse or factory setting.
• Participate in assembly line tasks, ensuring timely completion of production goals.
• Operate forklifts for material handling when necessary, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve workflow efficiency.

Skills

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand assembly processes.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Familiarity with assembly line operations and practices.
• Ability to operate forklifts; certification is a plus but not required at hiring (training may be provided).
• Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on achieving collective goals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $19.85 - $21.98 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:
